A beautiful book. The author's prose is concise and a joy to read. I don't generally read science fiction but I loved how she wove the past, present, and future together to tell the story of one man's humanity. It is also a warning to treat a pandemic with the respect it deserves, and a love song to the beauty of our earth, even with future options of places we could colonize.Publisher's description:
