Cover ArtI know I can't be the only person out there who has at one point acquired an Instant Pot that they're too intimidated by to actually cook with. This great little book helped me with that! Easy step-by-step instructions, with photos for each step of the way. I like this "lighter" version of Eisner's cookbook because the meals are healthier yet still really, really tasty. There are clear markings for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, etc. options, making this a good choice for someone on a restricted diet as well. My absolute favorite is the egg drop soup, but the beef & broccoli and greek yogurt are close seconds! And best of all, I'm finally using my Instant Pot instead of timidly staring at it on the shelf.
