- Colorado Civil Rights Division Housing Complaint Intake PacketThe Colorado Civil Rights Division handles housing complaints in which discrimination has allegedly occurred on the basis of one or more of the following: Sex, Race, Color, National Origin, Ancestry, Creed, Religion, Disability, Marital Status, Familial Status (children under the age of 18 in the household), Sexual Orientation (including Transgender status), and Retaliation (for opposing a discriminatory practice).
